Return Policy: Our policy applies to unused or defective products caused by our faults only. In the rare event that you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products, please notify us immediately and provide photographs of the issues. Prior contact is required to arrange the return, and we may request digital photographs to assess the problems. Please ensure you keep the original packaging for proper return processing.

If you’re dissatisfied with your products, you have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for either a refund or replacement. We’re here to guide you through the entire return process.

In the event of damaged or incorrect items received during transit, we’ll take care of the return costs.

Should you change your mind, you can still return the products within 7 days at your own expense. Upon receiving the items in their original condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded in this case.

Please note that our 7-day returns policy doesn’t apply to products that have been repackaged from their original condition, and we’re unable to accept returns or refund the cost of such items.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

We no longer include return labels with orders. However, there are still options available to streamline your return process. You can either print your own prepaid label, obtain a QR code for use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations, or return the item in-store. It’s crucial to ensure that the item is correctly paired with the appropriate package and label. Please note that items sent to us by mistake, with an incorrect label, or those that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted for return or refunded.
