Refunds or requests for replacement items will be considered upon submission of unboxing processing records, indicating any defects or incorrect items based on your order. Please inform us via email in advance regarding the issue.

Fees and Time for Refund:

Customers are responsible for return postage. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding holidays or weekends) from the receipt of the returned product.

We no longer provide return labels with orders. However, we offer alternative options to streamline your return process. You can either print your own prepaid label, acquire a QR code for use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations, or return the item in-store. It’s crucial to ensure that the item is correctly matched with the appropriate package and label. Please be aware that items sent to us by mistake, with an incorrect label, or those that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted for return or refunded.


In case of delays or if your refund is lost:

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please begin by checking your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company to verify the status of your refund. Afterward, confirm the transaction with your bank. Refunds may take some time to process, so please be patient. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to contact us again for further assistance.

Fees for returns (if applicable):

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the product to us. Shipping, handling, and any associated fees are non-refundable. Cash on delivery payments are not accepted. To streamline the return process, we kindly ask that you provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment. Please ensure that goods are shipped using a reliable mail service.
