Customers can modify or cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them successfully. Requests to cancel or modify orders will not be accepted after 24 hours, as orders will have already been processed and dispatched to the carrier.

Gather the necessary information, including the order email, order number (found in the order confirmation email from Angelidecor), and specific instructions for modifying or canceling the order. Send your request, along with the aforementioned details, to support@teestartup.com with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].
Refunds for canceled or modified orders:
We will promptly process your request and aim to provide a response within 2 business days upon receiving your email. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days. However, please note that some banks may require additional time to process the refund.
